Our Sites
Canali di Bologna is responsible for the management and maintenance of the water system coming from the Reno and Savena canals and for the conservation and promotion of the historical structures that regulate it. It works to safeguard the hydro-geological assets of the city and to contribute to the maintenance of the hygienic equilibrium of the urban subsoil by managing the local water that depends on its artificial system.
Recognising the importance of disseminating knowledge about the local region and the history of Bologna as a city of water, Canali di Bologna offers the opportunity to visit the sites owned by the consortium with tours guided by its staff.
